Payment

We offer several secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Online payment via LiqPay, PrivatPay, Apple Pay — fast and secure using your phone, Apple device or bank card.

  • Bank transfer — payment details will be sent to your email or Viber.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) — pay upon receiving your order at a Nova Poshta branch.

    • Nova Poshta commission: 2% of the amount + 20 UAH.

Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.

 

Delivery Across Ukraine — mstnutrition.com.ua

We provide fast and reliable delivery of sports nutrition products all over Ukraine via Nova Poshta courier service.

Order Dispatch

  • Orders confirmed by our manager before 16:00 (Mon–Sat) are shipped the same day.

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Schedule

  • Monday – Saturday

  • No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Pickup Rules

  • Parcels are stored at Nova Poshta branches for up to 5 days.

  • After this period, the order is automatically returned.

  • If reshipment is required, the customer pays for delivery.

Delivery Cost

  • Orders under 1999 UAH — shipping paid by the customer.

  • Orders over 2000 UAH — free delivery.
